A 40-year-old male with history of psoriatic arthritis presented with left elbow swelling. Ultrasound of the left elbow at the olecranon fossa was obtained in longitudinal and transverse views, with the images below documenting the positive ultrasound findings. There was no history of injury to the elbow.

A. Hematoma
B. Cellulitis
C. Olecranon fossa effusion
