Uterine fibroid is the most likely diagnosis.

Explanation

A large round fibroid was discovered incidentally. Fibroid of the uterus is also known as a leiomyoma. This fibroid was reported as subserosal. Typical fibroid uterus is seen as a well-defined, hypoechoic mass with variable acoustic shadowing.
